The most unprofessional people I have dealt with recently. Contacted them to view a property and was on the phone with a man who gave very lazy responses on how I can "go on their website". I am calling to receive assistance FROM YOU! Not your website which I visited and isn't any help. He couldn't get off the phone fast enough. I am a qualified renter who is interested in upgrading. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Abraham and his property management team led by Frank managed a property for my mom and another for my former spouse and me for many years. The were very professional, prompt to reply to inquiries and requests, and Abraham did great jobs selling both properties for us. His team has great coordination in every area from property management, accounting, repairs, marketing and showing the properties, and price negotiations. Even during the uncertainty of early Covid, he aced the sale of our rental property like a breeze. I’m very thankful he and his team made being landlords so easy for us from a distance. I would definitely recommend Abraham to anyone who is looking to buy, sell or manage properties in Central Valley.

I have the worst experience with this management company... I will not go deeper than that ,I will not recommend any landlord to do business with them. If it was Zero Stars I will give them Zero.
