I’ve lived at the valley apartments since 2016 and I can honestly say Rose and the owners have been absolutely helpful and took good care of me and my little dog. They are fast on repairs and rose is absolutely a wonderful landlord and is very friendly and anytime i needed help or had questions she would respond to me as soon as possible and i really appreciate her and them for everything. THANK YOU GUYS!

Jo Goodman took care of any issues I had in a fast, courteous and professional matter. Overall very satisfied with the experience. The apartments were very spacious, great value compared to all the other apartments I looked at, and the location was quiet and safe. Would definitely recommend.

Its was amazing when Cinnamon was running it, they had a new lady take over and honestly its went down hill. She has cause alot of problems and wont give anyone the corporate number. I would do my research before signing anything with the new lady that took over!!!
