Mireya is a great employee. Extremely helpful and very patient. Guided me step by step in order for me to be able to order and receive my transponder. Definitely will be requesting her again if I ever need help again!

Our spring Garage Sale was set up for this Saturday/Sunday which is going to rain all day..I asked them to reschedule because this date is useless for any garage sale..they said NO they really don't care about the weather which renders this date useless they won't consider re scheduling to new date. This shows how little they care about the summit homeowners and their wishes. I think they are lazy and uncaring a terrible combination for a management group.

Horrible at communications. Inconsistent, just in it for the money, dont care about the stakeholders. Reading their responses to other poor reviews, its clear they dont take accountability and think they're perfect.

This is the most poorly managed group in town. They consistently fail to respond to correspondence accurately or in a timely manner, and never take responsibility for their actions. I have never encountered a more incompetent or unprofessional company.

Despite contacting multiple times, no resolution. Only temporary fixes..

Not worth the HOA fee paid every month. Absolutely no service compared to premium charge . The only job they have is to keep our areas cleaned and they fail to do that.

I've been living in this development for approximately 2-years and find it well kept and safe. I enjoy my neighbors and the diversity that I did not experience at my former residence. I utilize the pool facilities during the warmer months and appreciate the care the pool service takes in keeping it clean. I would though, greatly wish other members of the community who frequent the pool facilities take better care in keeping it clean. I have routinely found trash thrown about, spills not cleaned up, and furniture not cared for and thrown up onto the center roof and into the spa. I greatly appreciate the janitorial, pool, and landscape services and express my gratitude to them when encountered.
