I hired USModular in 2022 for my home project. When I first started weighing my options I called multiple companies and I ended up going with USModular and I’m glad I did! Call today to get a price quote on a modular home. They informed me that they don't do modular homes anymore. Doesn't really make sense to have your name as us modular if you don't any type of modular home.

I called USModular to get an ADU for my property and someone actually answered the phone. I tried to called multiple dealers and only got voicemails. The nice lady on the phone provided pricing and emailed me different floor plan options that would fit on my property. She created a site plan so I could visualize it better. This is my first time doing a project like that and I’m definitely excited to move forward with them.

I just recently had US Modular build an accessory dwelling unit on my property and I could not believe how fast and easy the entire process was!
