We are so grateful for our experience with USA Real Estate! Mary helped us to find the perfect rental that accommodated us and our two dogs, and Stanley was nothing short of a top-notch agent who was more than happy to set up as many showings as we wanted while being more than accommodating to our work schedules. Tammy and Lyndsy are both so lovely, and we always enjoyed saying hello to them any time we were in the office.

As a landlord I trusted Mary Stultz to manage my home to rent.when the tenants moved out they breached the contract they initialed for refundable Security Deposits. When the 55plus couple moved out,they did not clean my house,damaged interior appliances,couch,walls,left food & items,unacceptable condition. I complained with a list of items to the owner,Stanley Pawchuk,thinking they would support their No refund with tenants policy.Landlord shall be entitled to retain all or portion of the refundable deposits & hold the tenants liable. I did not get their deposit for repairs & replacement of damaged property. AS a Landlord I Do Not Recommend this Company to Service as a Property Management Company. I had no power to get any money,the tenants got their undeserving deposit back. IF YOUR a POTENTIAL LANDLORD DO NOT CHOOSE USA REAL ESTATE to MANAGE your Invested HOME. You Will Be Sorry YOU did.

This reality is the worse they change managers like u would ur underwear. Then the loose ur paperwork aka move in CK list.i complained about black mold for 2 yrs and that none of my windows would go up all the drawers broke with in 1 week of moving in there and they would never fix the seal on the front door. There was alot of electrical issues. I kept asking them to fix stuff they refused my service. Then I get a letter in the mail from Mary saying we sold the house out from under u and u have 30 days to move out. Then after we moved out. We tried to get into another place we got denied because we had an out standing debt w USA reality of 4782. So I got no letter at all then they sent me to collections.

Everyone was friendly! We walked in without an appointment and Mary met with us. We are looking to rent and plan on buying within a year. She was professional, positive and although not but one option to rent she answered all questions and made us feel welcome and important.

The staff is amazing. Peggy, and Crystal are genuine, and make sure you're taken care of. Stan is an amazing man. If you've fallen on hard times, they'll work with you. The staff creates a security for renters, they also provide so many opportunities to help first time home buyers, with clinics. I have nothing but respect for the whole staff.

Rented from this company for a couple years and the experience was great! All the staff was incredibly helpful whenever I needed help or had any questions they would always go out of they way to help me. The only reason I'm no longer renting from them is because I moved out of state. Thank you USA Real Estate for making my stay in Arizona a great one! Cheers!

Horrible unprofessional staff, I posted a lengthy review on yelp, trying to see if I can move it over here. To much to retype, basically roaches were in the house, I had to pay exterminator, wouldn't you think if your paying 1700.00 a month for a house it wouldn't have bugs. I had to clean like crazy and a woman died in there and had several pug dogs, ( I found out from neighbors) I was charged $225 for pet urine on the carpet, my dog never has soiled any carpet., try to argue, doesn't work, was happy I got the majority of my security deposit. back, I feel bad for anyone using this co. Many people have told me they are well known for being dishonest, hard to deal with etc. I found out to late. USA property Management and realty in prescott valley on Robert rd. BeWARE.... I believe the owner Stanley, should have retired yrs. Ago, he let's the women run everything, you cant get any help from him.
