Under NO circumstances should you rent any property from UIP (Urban Investment Partners.) Their construction is shoddy. My building (230 Rhode Island Ave.) had considerable black mold damage and a leaky roof due to UIP's negligent construction. Other UIP buildings have had similar issues!! While their upfront prices seem reasonable, be VERY afraid! I have no idea how UIP is able to legally operate in the District.

Never answered my concern of lost package even though concierge signed off on package, delivered it to wrong apartment and when it was returned to the concierge the package disappeared. Might I add management is saying the package was never delivered even though the person who returned the package to concierge when it was misdelivered confirmed that the package was for me.
