This company just tried to raise my rent nearly $1000. From $1600 to $2500. After being a loyal renter for over a year. I emailed them saying this was illegal due to renters laws in the state and got an email back nearly immediately saying I was correct. They changed the rent to the max price they could charge, which was 9.9% making my rent $1800 instead of $2500.
What happens to the people not aware of these laws? Taking advantage of families, and in my case, a disabled Veteran, is absolutely not okay.

I’ve also now been without a dryer for over a month. I’ve taken off work 4 times for various appointments on said dryer. They finally ordered a new one, just got delivered, and it’s completely the wrong size and not compatible with my outlet. Now I’m sure it will be another couple of weeks I’ll be taking my 5 year old to the laundry mat due to their inability to work with their customers.

UPDATE-Lowes just tried to deliver a new dryer and informed me they couldn’t install it due to the outlet AMP being incorrect for a dryer. They also informed me this is a major fire hazard. This company let me and my daughter live in danger for over a year. Absolutely insane.

Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of stress, DON’T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Horrible, and i do not say that lightly. There are numerous lawsuits against this property group and I will be joining the ranks of former tenants taking this management group to court. Getting itemized receipts from my $3200 in move out charges took 14 months. Turns out they tried to charge me for home renovations (new sink, new paint, new molding) which is illegal. They've threatened collections on 3 occasions and I look forward to destroying them in front of a judge. Worst of the wost, I hope they are penalized to the fullest extent of the law
