I am a landlord and they have managed my properties for over 16 years. Ben is a great maintenance coordinator. Every time when he received a maintenance request from a tenant, he texted me immediately for my approval. I never declined a request from Ben and always replied within minutes. He then moved ahead to have the repair done for my tenant.

Oh so this what you guys do? You do some shady stuff like keep people’s security deposits and then change the name of your company? This company previously known as Nationwide Realty is as crooked as politicians DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! keep on deleting my reviews but I’ll just come back and write them again…..

Don’t give your house to this company he got rent from tenant between 1 to 5 and he give to owner after 20 or 25 days if you call like 30 time very bad experience with them 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Hard to recommend a property management company that doesn’t manage or maintain the property that they rent out.

Office seems understaffed and they have the maintenance guy doing administrative work. Repairs take months to get taken care of, but when you tell them you are calling code enforcement or the fire marshal, they find the budget and the time to fix your issues right away.

The owner seems to be out of the country for long periods of time, which leads to employees who slack off and push issues onto the renter when they are landlord responsibilities.

Beware of this company and the owners unethical business practices.
We filled out our application for moving out and moved out cleanly. I reached out to get the security deposit back. He told me to reach out to his company which I did and no one there was able to help me. Then he goes missing for a month and tells me he’s out of country and will give the deposit back when he returns. I patiently wait and try reaching out and he asks if I followed the steps which I told him I did and continued ignoring phone calls and messages. He then tells me he gave the deposit for the home owner and will send me details how to get it and kept wasting my time and throwing me around in circles my attempts to get a simple deposit back. He is now continuing to ignore any phone calls. I called from another phone number and he answered right away. Then states we had left the property damaged which is complete lie. It’s not matter of the simple $1900 dollar deposit it’s about doing the right thing. This is just my experience with this shady company. This man can not provide any details on anything other than blant lies to waste our time.

No one ever answers the phone when there is an issue. Maintenance requests take months to be resolved. Based on other reviews I expect to have to take them to small claims court to get my deposit back.

Would give a 0 star if possible… Told the guy to put up our house for rent… he never calls back and 4-5 months go by no response… he is not responsible and does absolutely nothing… he is not serious about his business… definitely wouldn’t recommend…

This company sucks don’t rent out their homes!
