I must say I thought by reaching out to headquarters I’d get a response right away…. However , just like their arbor estates community in Doylestown , they lack in communication. Buying a home here is the worst decision I’ve made , ever . Hoping someone can contact me tomorrow.

Would not recommend to anyone to move here. Received lease violations for not watching my kids when we weren’t even home. Property manager would gossip to tenants about other tenants, told personal information of mine to other tenants, went into my home without prior notice on numerous occasions. Did a walkthrough when first moving in and upon moving out, still had the same issues from when first moved in. Want their rent on time, but do not want to maintain the properties and then try to blame tenants. Worst living experience I’ve ever had! The only reason why I gave it 1 star is because it doesn’t give you the option for none!!

One of their staff members started sending me obscene and harassing messages on social media with absolutely no provocation. He clearly was not very bright as he had his employment with this company on public display. If these are the kind of people UMH employs I would advise any potential customers to stay away at all costs.

Southwind has gone down hill drastically Susan is racist has used her grandchildren to pretend she is not there is many people who have witnessed her speaking about blacks using the n word and Jewish people as well. Jews are not allowed to move in here over her dead body as she claims she bullies residence tells people she owns them ontop of making her own rules in the community. She has attacked residence screamed and cursed at the bus stop in front of children. This place has no idea how bad it is here and how awful their management is. Something needs to be done.

This is the best place I've ever lived! Umh gave us the opportunity to have a place to call home when others wouldn't. It's nice here at Broadmore, the staff is very friendly and will do what they can to help you.

Moved in to a unit that was handicap friendly. Unfortunately my wife did not get to see it. We are in Sandy Valley Estates. Just far enough from Canton, OH to enjoy the quiet area.
