Making a reservation was quick and easy. Picking up my rental took a while; signing in and uploading documents was tedious. Rental truck I reserved with a dolly for moving did not have the dolly inside; however, I was refunded the fee for the dolly missing. Drop off was simple and quick. Overall, I would definitely use this Uhaul location again and would recommend to a friend.

Thank you for wasted time!
I made an appointment to install hitch and apparently website does not check the mechanic schedule and there was a conflict at lest that’s what front desk told me.
Manager - Yanameirys Felix didn’t pickup her phone but spoke to the front desk representative in front of me and told him to reschedule me lol

I was going through a tough time of stress. Robert was very kind, gave excellent customer service, he greeted me when I first walked into the lot, he did not make me wait.. I got service efficiently and there were no delays. I have been using this location for decades and never received service to this magnitude. I left with a better feeling for a hopeful day. Besides the process taking so long to get a U-Haul, I would have rated them 4, but my decision to rate them a 1 is because of something else. I returned my vehicle March 11, the same day I got it. I accidentally left my ezpass in the vehicle. Now I thought they would have done a clean/inspection of the vehicle after I dropped it off but they didn’t. My ezpass was left in there and was used but the next person that rented the same van. This was 3 days later at that, so it sat in there freely. Then the customer used it for 3 days. Not only that I went there they called the person using the van and she was notified and said it was in there, why did she decide to continue to run up my ezpass. Why didn’t they tell her to take it out the window assuming because they didn’t care. The person working even said to me “this is the first time this happen since years of being here” lol like I actually cared and I don’t because ur not paying for it so as a company and employees find a solution. Now I’m stuck with the bill and dispute. I will never go back to this place again best believe that and won’t tell people to go here either. That was poor on their part and made it seem like they couldn’t do nothing about it. But if you guys did your job properly this wouldn’t have happen, but then wanted to charge me extra on things. Yeah ok poor customer service!

Since I did this online, it was much more smoother. I originally rented a 15 footer, but U-hual did a wonderful job with keeping me up to date with its stock each week, they actually called me up.

I ended up with a 10 footer to be on the safe side and of course there was a fleet of them at the location. The service was good and the lady did a wonderful job with my questions and speed of service.

The truck was nice and clean, it was enough for my 550 sq ft studio, including a king sized bed (A bit of a squeeze) I never knew they added a back up camera, 120v plugs, and some usb ports, uts a nice little upgrade they did to the trucks. I drove out of state and didnt have any issues.

I also blew through all the EZpass lines and their information was correct, theyll just email you the bill later with a $1 fee attached to each tool you pass, not a big issue and easy to pay.

Overall, always been using U-hual so I still will, great job guys and gals~

When arrived to pick up vehicle I was quickly greeted and was instructed what to do and was out in minutes. Then the same when dropping off the vehicle. It seems that UHaul has stepped up to the plate and definitely improved. Will surely recommend to friends and family!
