First time using this U-Haul location to pick up a van rental and the experience was superb. Reserved online and the pick up process was seamless and easy and the van was readily available. The young lady at the front desk was also extremely helpful and even helped with prioritizing my pick up when having issues with uploading photos on the app despite being it being a busy day. Extremely polite and understanding and very, very easy to work with! Would highly recommend this location.

My experience in renting a vehicle from this location was excellent. The employees were very patient and respectful. The return of the vehicle was easy. My single suggestion is that the location place signage showing the exact location of the key drop because I had difficulty finding it to return to return the vehicle key, otherwise my experience was flawless.

The other day I was going to check my storage unit that i was robbed and my storage keys were stolen the reason for showing this picture ive been trying to open my storage unit for 5 months and the U-Haul demand I pay out of pocket, something with 2 foreigner harassed me threatening me about sneaking in the U-Haul storage I've been waiting patiently for a lock Smith to open my lock, they charge 80 dollars more than my storage it's winter time my entire wardrobe is in there, three staff are not concerned about my things so I'm calling head management and supervisor ASAP.

The truck smelled like an ash tray. The black girl was rude to everyone but her coworkers. She snarled loudly in the yard, yelling and demanding rudely keys, ignoring questions when asked. Saw her banging on someone’s window so they could move their car forward. She was nasty and really put a damper on overall experience. And I’m black too so it was embarrassing to see her act that way.

By far my best experience at a Uhaul location.
The staff is friendly and attentive, their facilities are top notch and their fleet is in new condition. Stanley and Hailey took great care of us.

The lady that process my U-Haul truck rental was very helpful. Had a technical issue with my reservation and she was able to solve it. Highly recommend this location for a moving truck in Newark NJ.👌 Clean inside.

Have the representatives at the location actually do their jobs. I was forced to download the app while I was there instead of the representative doing it on the computer. There was terrible signal inside the building so the process took 25 minutes. I’ve rented from other uhaul locations and it’s a 5 minute process when I check in for pick up. The lady told me the app was the only way to check in.. meanwhile another representative next to her was doing check in with another customer on the computer and was in and out. I was on a time crunch and moving is already stressful. This was suppose to be a 5 minute process when it took me almost 30 minutes because the lady didn’t want to do her job. She was not rude or disrespectful but her refusal to do her job caused me a major inconvenience.
