Left me stranded on the side of the road I waited 8 hours for roadside assistance and got nothing. Had to sleep over night in a U-Haul with no food. THEY DONT MAINTENANCE THERE TRUCKS AND CHARGED ME FOR AN EXTRA DAY! I know it’s hard to find other companies but this is one you should definitely avoid! Buyer beware! Also failed to communicate we contacted them over 10 times!

I was helped by Andrew in renting a 15' truck with an automobile transport trailer. He showed me all the steps, right from hitching the trailer to using the accessories to secure my SUV. The location had a huge lot that made it easy for a first time hauler to test it out before hitting the road. After loading my SUV, another associate came and checked that it was secured correctly. I would highly recommend this location to anybody looking to rent a U-Haul truck.

Excellent customer service. Manager is human and great. Trailer was dirty with leaves and twigs in it. It could have been washed off with a hose. Still, it suited my purpose.

Dale was the best! After finding out my wiring was broken and could tow, he was able to get me a good deal on another vehicle and totally saved the day.

Terrible customer service, received truck with a near empty fuel gauge even though it was marked in the system at 1/4 tank and I was charged nearly $70 in fuel I did not use. Received only 6/24 blankets I ordered, communication was terrible. Travis Kelly and Dale Uber, both of whom are in charge at this location, seem to be either wildly incompetent or straight up uncaring about fraudulent business practices.

The most terrible rip-off experience with U-Haul I've ever had money-grubbing place they charge you for things that you did not do they charge you for gas you did not use every penny counts to them and they're trying to get it out of you no matter what
