This place is a full on scam. Do not stay here at twin palms. Roaches galore. The management is corrupt. They lie cheat and steal. There are bad renters here that dont pay their rent so they treat everyone even paying tenants like children. They say they will do somthing and then don't so anything every tine. They said they would fix the parking situation, they towed my car when they knew it was my car . The "maintenance guy" Albert Cruz is rude to people and damages peoples property. When an issue was brought to their attention they say they will fix or correct it but that's just to pacify you so they can continue to not do anything. They wont pay back your deposit. They have yet to give us a itemized list about anything which is illegal. Our ac system had black mold inside. Save yourself the trouble, pain a misery and go somewhere else. Trust the other bad reviews too.

Love this place. Affordable and nice location. The best part is the service… Jorge and Krystina are the best. They always take care of any maintenance or payment issues quickly.

In my almost 20 years of adult life I have never experienced such a poorly run apartment complex. The insane part is the lack of awareness from the corporation and commercially manages 3 apartment complexes on the, same square block. Then the insane thing is the poor communicating and between Marica and Irene who sit no more than 15 feet apart in the office. They literally we incapable of collecting money from a 3rd party and did not say hardly anything we were in a position to pay $6k± or leave. In less than 4 full months there was less than 1 full repair and zero acknowledged work orders. Merica absolutely pushed my I interpretation of Tennant/Landlord legalities and Irene was not heard from except to deliver a pay or quit

Infested with cockroaches and mold! Read reviews on their other google page, don’t allow them to create a new page in effort to avoid the negative reviews.
