Toni is that very rare realtor who has vast experience and expertise with all facets of real estate transactions.

Toni is a truly wonderful person and realtor who helped us purchase and sell our first home, I cannot recommend her enough! My husband and I were first time home buyers and met her at an open house she was selling. We had just started working with a Realtor that was terrible and would barely return our calls or answer our questions so we started going to open houses on our own. Then we met Toni. She offered to send us helpful first time home buyer information without even hiring her. She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable that we decided to work with her instead. We had so many questions being a first time home buyer and she was patient and with us ever step of the way. Through the process of purchasing our first home she became more than our realtor and instead a friend. Since we were new to the area, if we had any questions on where to go, what to do or the inevitable first home owner issue, we gave her a call and she was always willing to give us some guidance when asked. I will never forget, two weeks after we moved in, our dog got out through a loose fence board while we were at work and we did not know a single neighbor. Toni called me at work to notify me and without hesitation or being asked, she was already on her way to our house to search for our dog. I was floored. I don't know that we would have found our dog without her. She truly is a wonderful person, a fantastic realtor and through that became a great friend. She's top notch.
