As a new resident in this building, I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding support and assistance provided by the leasing team. Due to my commute requirements, I began searching for apartments in Fort Lee, and I was impressed by the spacious layout of the units here—especially compared to other studios or 1BR in the area at a similar price point.

After my self-guided tour, I stopped by the leasing office, where Yvonne warmly welcomed me and patiently answered "thousands of" my questions. Her professionalism and helpfulness convinced me that this was the right place for me. Throughout the application process, Michael, Connie, and Yvonne continued to offer exceptional support through timely emails, phone calls, detailed explanations, and clear step-by-step guidance.

Their transparency, thoughtful suggestions, and welcoming attitude truly made me feel like I was already part of the community before even moving in. These are actually what I also pay a lot of attention to in addition to the aprtment condition itself, having a team that’s friendly, professional, and quick to help out. It actually played a big part in why I chose this building.

Wonderful Living Experience

I lived in this building for two years and would have stayed longer if not for work relocation. The management is excellent, the apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are top-notch. The doormen and maintenance team were always helpful, and I never had any issues.

A special thank you to Yvonne, the Resident Services Manager, for her constant support and professionalism. It’s great to know rental buildings like this exist. Highly recommend!

I always feel our apartment is one of the best in this area. They always try to provide immediate and professional help for maintenance. Today Sam helped me with some issues in bathroom and all are well resolved! He did a wonderful job and is nice and friendly. Of course, communications with the team are always smooth thanks to their efforts, especially Christine and Michael as always. Happy to live here!

Just want to add some comments about other’s negative reviews:
1) Noise: Of course this apartment is located in the heart of Fort Lee and near the GWB/NYC, so there is outside noise “when you open window”, especially during commute time. But when I close the window, I barely hear the traffic noise outside.
2) Key lost/forget charge: see your contract. All other apartments charge way higher than here based on my experience. It’s not surprising you call someone to open your house door without key, they will charge you.

Great community!

Tony and Hassam from the service and maintenance team are great! They’ve helped me on multiple occasions to seamlessly switch out some appliances and repair others. Very professional in what they do and quick to respond.
