This was such a pleasant car buying experience! I got a quote for the vehicle I wanted on-line in a matter of minutes, filled out all the paperwork before heading into the dealership. I was looking for a truck for months and all other dealers had markups salesman would try to toy me but this gentleman was honest and straightforward from the beginning helped me out truly there for the customer 5 stars is not enough I would purchase new only from this dealer .
Side note I drove from Kern County to Irvine I really shopped and their level of transparency is non existent in the states thanks Rob Trachtman !!!😊😊

Service Advisor Brian Manisa went above and beyond anything you would have expected, he is truly the example of Great Customer Service. I was beyond difficult to work with because I’m not happy with Jeep - but Brian did not let that deter him from taking really great care of me.

I recently had my PT Cruiser in for service as the check engine light was on and my car was hesitating upon accelerating. I first spoke to the service manager Norm. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He scheduled an appointment for me. I took it in and Jeffery Tancas was my service advisor. He took a very measured approach in evaluating the work that needed to be done. I appreciated his timely and clear communication. Best service from any dealership I have been too. I was traveling from out of town but needed an oil change and tire rotation on my Jeep so I found the closest dealer to me. I was able to make a next day appointment and was greeted with smiles and enthusiasm. I was told it would take 1 to 1 and half hours and sure enough it was completed within that timeframe. El, the person helping me was able to see that my Jeep had a service recall and asked if he could take care of that for me as well and offered one of their vehicles for me to use while they fixed the recall. I would have taken him up on that had I been in town longer. It did not matter that I was from out of town or didn’t purchase my Jeep from them. So anyone living near this dealership is in the best hands. I would purchase all my vehicles from any one of this companies dealerships. Thank you again to El and his team. I’m sorry I don’t have all their names…I would definitely mention them by name in this post as well.
