Four women were supposed to go to Palm Springs for a conference, however, the conference was cancelled but we decided to go to Palm Springs anyway. The house is beautiful, clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed to enjoy a trip that consisted of cooking at the house (including the grill), playing games at the dining table, watching movies, and especially the pool/spa. The seating at the pool area was our favorite place for enjoying morning coffee and an evening adult beverage. The waterfall at the pool was a nice touch. We felt very safe and relaxed. It was a lovely spot to enjoy each other's company in the pandemic world we're in right now.

We spent a perfect few days at this Turnkey property in Palm Springs. It was exactly as advertised and spotless upon our arrival. The instructions were thorough and clear. We had a minor issue with pool/spa, but someone arrived to take care of it within a couple of hours of reporting. We would definitely return to a Turnkey Property in the future. Great place and very good customer service (though we did have to leave a message instead of speak with a person, but it all worked out).

Great experience with the property and the host management! The home was big, great features and amenities for two families with dogs. The pool with rock slide and game room kept the kids engaged and occupied, the movie theme throughout the home was fun.

Host was very responsive and made favorable adjustments to our stay. The gas grill didn't work, but they were great about sending someone out the next day to fix it. Overall it was a nice stay, we'd come back!

Such a wonderful place! Close to all the attractions, restaurants, etc. Great for families too. Large park directly across the street -- baseball / soccer fields and playground. Highly recommended!

One of the best houses I have ever rented, anywhere! Gorgeous and comfy home and entire property that is well maintained. The backyard was definitely the icing on the cake. Beautifully landscaped and had beautiful lighting. The pool and hot tub and BBQ island and patio areas is where we spent all of our time! The owner was friendly and Turnkey was amazing from the start of the renting process, through the entire time of our stay! Will definitely be making this our yearly family/friends trip rental home! Highly recommend to everyone!

I stayed here with my grown children recently over Thanksgiving. We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean as was the pool and hot tub area. My bed was comfortable, although the linens seem like they could use an update. The kitchen is equipped enough to have light meals there if you wanted, although the gas stove is a manual light, which I'm not crazy about. We used the fireplace also, which made it very cozy at night. The location was also great-very close to downtown and all the shops and restaurants there.
I will mention again that the unit was extremely hard to access on arrival, which I also reported to Turnkey. We only had an access code sent for the front door, when actually there are 2 other gates to get through first. More detailed instructions would have helped immensely, and we were thankful Turnkey had 24 hour assistance since we arrived late at night. Both those gates should have keypads on them instead of deadbolts, since its actually possible to lock yourself IN the property (I know because I did it when the kids went out with the keys, which they needed, but I was going to take a walk). Definitely not the best situation.
All in all, a comfortable stay and a cute place.

We were a group of five couples that rented this property for a long weekend. Every part of our stay,from beginning to end, was top notch and exceeded our expectations. Working with Turnkey on securing the details of our visit was seamless. We had excellent communication with them throughout the process. They were efficient with instructions on our arrival details and readily available throughout our stay to answer the questions we had. The home is decorated beautifully, clean, comfortable and was well stocked to meet all our needs. Another bonus is that it is in walking distance of the main streets in Palm Springs, which meant we could easily walk to shop and eat. The home is an excellent choice for a group of people.
