When you sign the lease with Turner, you need to be very careful. They will sneak in the statement so they won't be responsible for anything. The tenant need to pay for any building damages outside and inside after the burgalar, fire and earthquake. They will force you to pay the CUMULATIVE property tax increase and insurance increase. ex. for the 20 year lease, you need to pay all the 19 years property tax and insurance. We had very bad experience with them.
