I wasted hundreds of dollars paying this company for little results.

I got approximately 6 treatments from them. I never saw a reduction in weed growth and am outside most weekends pulling the weeds their treatments are supposed to address.

When I called customer service I was informed that it takes 3-5 years for treatments to take effect. $60 per treatment, every 6-8 weeks, with no impact for at least 3 years seems a bit suspect.

I wish they had been more up front with me about the efficacy of their treatments.

Turf gator representative called me for new charges a month or so in advance. I stated I would not like new services at this time and will ask my neighbor who is included in charges for his opinion. I said I would get back if we would like new services. Month goes by and they arrive and say hey we applied services. They still want me to cover the bill. Terrible quality and no care for the customers. Avoidance of this issue could have been easy but instead try to take people’s money because an email was not sent directly. The rep should have notified the agency to stop services. Go with grass masters if your in the area, always have been better even if cost is a few bucks more.

I let this company perform my weed & fertilizer treatment for a couple seasons. The results were terrible and I saw no reduction in weeds. I also paid for them to aerate my lawn a year ago fall, and they ran the tines of their aerator machine over my concrete fire pit so now I have permanent “teeth marks” in the concrete. This past year I signed with their competitor T’s Turf and Mole who told me the reason my grass looks so bad is because TurfGator used a cheap blend of grass seed with a lot of weed seed in it. Additionally, TurfGator had been calling me incessantly this fall to sign a contract, and I had been ignoring the calls. I finally answered earlier this month and politely told them I was not interested and am happy with T’s Turf and Mole. And today they called YET AGAIN, and I finally had to block their number. I will never do business with them again.

Turf Gator used to be decent, so I’m not sure what changed, but it’s not good. We have a technician on camera NOT spraying the yard. Called and spoke to someone. Asked that the person who was deceptive not ever come back. We were assured a manager would be out. Today, the same guy comes back out and lies about his actions. When asked if he wanted to see the video, he declined. That’s just the short version.

They just do not care about customer service or if you are satisfied with their service or not. When you call to try and address any issue they get real short with you and just tell you "we'll send someone out to look at it." They did not treat my whole yard, which left a border around my yard of almost all weeds, and they sprayed treatment in our garden killing some of our plants. I lost 3 large sections of grass and could not get someone out to look at this or even really address that it happened. When they aerated they put a lot of grass seed in our landscaping, which was full of grass the next spring and summer. When I called to let them know about the issue they just said "we do not do that anymore", and asked if I wanted to sign up for another aeration. They did not even apologize or offer to fix the issues. When I finally cancelled they emailed to ask if they could talk to me about why I cancelled. I said of coarse and listed the reasons I cancelled in the email. They emailed back and said someone would get in touch with me on Monday (It was Friday) . That never happened. I should have looked at these reviews before I hired them.

Used them for 2 years, was going to cancel because my yard didn't look as good as I would have liked in 2021. 2022 they convinced me to try them one more time, I did, was better but decided to switch companies for 2023. They came out again without me stating I was going to stay with them, no text message even though they say they did, and wants to charge me $49 for the service that I did not ask for. Rest assure I will never be back, will be switching my grandfather away from them as well. Customer service representative was very rude and stated I had to pay it. Very unprofessional to me.
