Very disappointing customer service. They won't help, won't even try, make excuses, and pass you along to other agencies. After three days, I finally found a work around to the glitch in their system. They didn't even care to know. ...Wow. I just hope this review helps encourage to get better.

Cannot get inspection to get electric turned on in home I purchased and am living in. It's 110°.
Filled out permit form, paid $131 fee. Website will not let me schedule inspection. I've reached out multiple times the past 2 days, they say they put in a request for someone to call me, but that never happens. I called repeatedly on Monday 06/26, Nobody was answering the phones, even after I let it ring for 45 minutes. Absolutely the worst I've ever had to deal with.

This place is by far the worst development center I’ve ever had to go through. They claim to have great customer service but no one actually cares, they don’t even try to help. And when you call to get answers it’s always the same, “we will contact you” over and over again. Which they never do! This makes me want to never build in City of Tucson again. Horrible place.

Spoke to someone name ash who gave me a hard time,I'm tire of the city's garbage service,why are you here? You don't want to help,you don't want to do anything,I'd have better luck with a tree trunk.Oh yea,good luck on getting your inspector to show up,might need to offer a beer or somethin.

I've been forced to go here for years because of my line of work. They call this place a "service". This is as far from a service as you can get. Working with these people time and again has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Very rarely have I ever been treated as though I am not a burden to them. This is truthfully the largest deterrent to wanting to actually build things correctly with city permits. I thought this place was to help people through their construction process but in all honesty it is simply motivation to build things illegally for the simple reason of not having to deal with this mis-managed group of unhappy employees. It is so bad that there are people you can pay that dedicate their life to getting the construction permits for you. I recommend you try your utmost hardest to never visit this place in your life.

Receptionist was rude not helpful she was on her personal phone other employees just had as going everywhere we had the right stamps everything was approved and then they tell us we have to add more stuff to the plans that was already approved bad service.
