EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE!
From start to finish this management team had my back! The marketing girl Stephanie was so knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way! Even with my millions of questions lol. When we finally decided on 1 of their many properties, she connected me with an exceptional manager named Teresa, who helped make the process simple and the transition easy! They have low rates with upgraded options if you have a higher standard of living. I definitely recommend calling them if you need to move!

I have been a tenant for less than a year and can’t wait to get out of the lease, unfortunately Theresa’s attitude and lack of communication has made me have no functioning appliances for months at some long the Stove didn’t work for 3+ months, dryer didn’t work since we moved in and the plumbing is in need of replacing. Everything was fixed efficiently when Emily was working here and any concerns, but for some reason the change made this lady never available.
Avoid handling anything with Theresa, her attitude for this job is frankly disgusting and unprofessional.

Things were great in the beginning of lease, as time went by little things like the kitchen sink were becoming an issue that took 5 months to be resolved. Personally will not be renewing here, Theresa is unable to attend to tenants and be respectful. Thank you for a terrible experience Theresa hopefully you are never in a position where you have someone that isn’t respectful to you in a time of need.

Trustar property management is a horrible, there really isn’t a word to describe how they manage properties. It’s in the realm of SLUM LORDS!
Honestly cockroach, bedbug infestation, the state of California should shut them down.
People are afraid to say anything that live there, in fear they’ll be evicted for speaking up.
This is a poorly ran property management. And no one gives a damn.
