We had an excellent experience working with Rachell and TruHaven Homes. From the very beginning, she demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and efficiency. She provided prompt responses to all our queries and showed a deep understanding of her trade.

She helped us set up our property for rent seamlessly and found qualified renters within just 2-3 days of the listing going live. The entire process, from marketing the property to handling paperwork, was smooth and well-organized. Her attention to detail and thoroughness in managing the paperwork gave us great peace of mind.

Rachell and her crew were excellent during our basement rehab project. They added so much value to our home when they turned our 3 bed, 2 bath home into a 4 bed, 3 full bath! We are thrilled with the results.

The subscription service has been wonderful. They know who to call and how to get the best rates for everything. We’ve had our garage door fixed, our dryer repaired and we replaced our old furnace. They make all the arrangements .We’ll refer our friends and family for sure.
