They managed everything great, and all I needed to do was approve requests from the tenants or not (depending on what it was). They are so friendly, professional, and keep on top of things. TrueDoor is responsive and able to react pretty quickly for maintenance requests. We had a scenario for our fridge being broken, and within the work week they respond quickly.

We did send a request on a Friday night for our fridge, so we didn’t get a response until Monday morning. Understandable—since it is the weekend, so I can’t really blame them there.

But with getting a response, having a repairman to evaluate, getting spare parts, and installing the new parts, the whole process was as fast as it could have been—given the logistics.

We also had some other minor maintenance requests and they were solved fairly quickly.
