Landon and team helped us land the house of our dreams. He spent all day Saturday showing us several houses and we made an offer the same day. He was always available (even with a quick text if he was busy) and we always felt like we were his top priority (even though I'm sure he had many others he was servicing at the same time). All the questions we had through the process and even after the sale, he is always willing to help. If he didn't know the answer right then, he found out quickly. I'd recommend Landon and team to anyone buying a home. We've looked at homes a few times over the past few years with different agents and the experience with Landon when we finally bought was top notch.

The sale of my home in Visalia, California was the best sales experience my wife and I have ever experienced. Troy presented comps that were relevant, up to date, and logical. We arrived at a listing price that I felt confident was neither too high and unrealistic, nor too low for a quick and cheap sale. Advice against unnecessary and expensive staging and repairs was spot on. We accepted an offer after eight days and escrow closed 30 days later! And this was in the current market of really high mortgage rates with declining home sales. Troy was always available to give advice and answer all questions. When I have any other real estate needs I will definitely be calling Troy Guy and his team.

Troy Guy and his team were extremely helpful in selling two of my properties. He was recommended to me by my property management firm.
