In 3 years, not sure how they skipped my house again when it’s the first one on the corner & the driver has to pass my house to get to the next one. If they miss pick-up & when you call to complain don’t expect courtesy bc they couldn’t care less! They’ll offer pick-up “extra” next time in case your bin overflows. Sometimes they miss us & we don’t bother to call. Today’s rep (Katie) was so rude as if my call annoyed her & all I want is what I’m paying for! Most likely we’re switching to Waste Management after today’s call.

What a great company. I have been a customer for well over 10 years. Recently called for a new can because mine was cracked and they arrived the next morning. Years ago I had an item I needed disposal of and I was accommodated. Never a billing issue. Friendly service. I’ll never use another company. Thank you for great service.

We’ve have had TRI State for a number of years . I couldn’t ask for a better company then TRI State . Whenever I’ve called or interacted with them in anyway ; I’ve found them to be kind , caring and they respond quickly to any issues .
This past year my family and I have been through many medical and financial issues.
As always TRI State stepped up to the plate
and went above & beyond any company I’ve had to deal with.
I wouldn’t trade TRI State for any other cartage company.
If I could give a 10 star review I’d be more then willing to give 10 stars

The issue started with a missed pick up. After calling, was told the driver was in the area, and he'd swing back. 2hrs later, I call back inquiring about the pick up. I was then told, "You didn't have the can out when we passed by". After explaining that we had security cameras that caught the truck passing with can out from 2 different angles, I was passed to Pat.

Pat was extremely abrasive, and essentially told me that he believed his driver, despite the video evidence. I decided to end services and asked for a refund for remaining term. Pat became very agitated and told me he was personally coming to my house to pick up the can that day. After a back and forth, he recants and says he'll wait until Friday (it is Tuesday) so that the refund has processed (24-48hrs was what I was told) so that "you won't have another thing to complain about".

Thursday afternoon I notice there's no refund or pending refund and decided to inquire. I'm told by Pat the refund was processed that day (not Tuesday as he had told me) and that I would have to wait 48-72 hrs now for refund to process. I explain to him without refund or proof of transaction, I will hold onto the can to avoid any further complications (judging from the exchanges that had already taken place).

He tells me "If the can isn't out front, Ive done this before, I will call the Jackson Police and get it back" and hangs up. Of course, I call the Jackson Police, explain the scenario and am told that they will ABSOLUTELY NOT intervene due to this being a civil matter and no laws being broken.

I receive proof of refund at 7:50am the next morning (Friday) from somebody in their office (not Pat). Something that could've been sent the previous afternoon when I called and avoided the unnecessary back and forth with Pat.

Would avoid this company all together. From arguing against video evidence, to unnecessarily prolonging the refund process to spite me, the "customer service" aspect of the company failed miserably.

Violence was NEVER "hinted at" as owner claims .

If I was threatened with a call to the polive over a trash can, a call would've certainly been made had I threatened violence.

Further proof of the lies and deception from this company.

Recently we realized our dumpster and recycling had not been emptied -it’s set for once a month. When we called, we were told the driver didn’t want to ruin our grass - it had been raining. Meanwhile the dumpster sits on grass by our barn and pasture- it wouldn’t have mattered. After several calls the manager called back. They would pick up next Wednesday a week late. He set us up for twice a month at a discounted rate. Actually it had been a five Wednesday month. Had they picked up on time we wouldn’t need additional pick ups. This was a very poor decision on the drivers part and is making us reconsider continuing to use TriState. The dumpster was on the edge of the driveway with less than 6 feet of grass to drive over

3 years as a customer and I've never had a problem yet. They have always made the pickup and even given me a courtesy pickup when I forgot to bring the can out. Their customer service is very professional and easy to reach.

If I could give them 10 stars I would.. I’ve never had any service issues because their customer service is incredibly responsive & accommodating with any situation. It’s a dirty job but they always do the right thing for their customers.
