Beware.

I was a tenant in a space managed by Tri-City Property Management for 2.5 years.

In my experience, they have been untruthful, unethical, and behaved in a discriminatory manner towards people of color, people with tattoos, and people with mental health struggles, including two of the board members who live on site on Stetson Rd. in Prescott, AZ.

It’s extremely interesting to me in this state, how frequently organizations seem to think that they can simply break laws and their own policies without being held responsible. Yet I can understand how it happens, due to the lack of State oversight, and how very many of us effected by their behaviors may not be in a position to defend ourselves or seek retribution through our expensive legal system.

I look forward to the day when I see Tri-City Property Management board members on the Arizona Family News for their repulsive behaviors.
