If I really wrote everything I needed to in this review, Google would cut me off. Let me begin by saying that you’ve never met another agent like Mr. Hammond. When I say he will do EVERYTHING to get your home sold, that’s exactly it. Everything. There is no above and beyond. He will top that. After living in our home for 3 decades, he was very understanding of what this home sale meant to us, and found us the very best buyer. Our daughter now considers him family, and expects to see him at all holidays and milestones. And truly, at the end of this transaction, the Hammond family really did become more than just friends. If you are looking for an agent, stop right here. This guy will make magic happen. His name is at the top of every list for a reason. A lot of people can sell you a home. Buy one, too. As a home inspector I work with a lot of realtors that are fabulous. When I decided to sell my home I quickly realized Trenten was who I needed to use. Before I even listed my home he helped me through so many situations regardless if he was to be my realtor or not. This many worked hard and I mean hard for us. He went above and beyond what any realtor should do. I could never thank him enough for taking care of us and our home through what seemed to be the most stressful situation ever, he was always the calmest person in the room and ALWAYS had a solution! He will not disappoint! 3 days and we were under contract for listing price!

Called and left a message that I was relocating to Northern Alabama and was looking for a house and never got a call back. I didn't want to leave one star but I wanted to work with the best in the area and it seems that Trent has earned his reputation of being very capable. My review is based on not ever getting a chance to form an honest opinion and that's a shame.

FAST FORWARD!
We are making settlement on a house on May 23rd and NONE of that would have been possible without Trenton Hammond! He worked hard to get us into a house that we are really excited to move to and it wasn't easy! The market being what it is currently and the extenuating circumstances of trying to buy a house while facing low inventory and a lot of competition made it nerve wracking and even with several disappointments Trent never wavered and kept working for us and made us confident that even though we were faced with having to be out of our house soon we were going to be okay: he was right! I can't thank him and his staff enough for their help and they have our gratitude and thanks!
