I had made a mistake in vhosing a unit that wasn't promoted correctly. I had went so far as to pay the deposit, then a couple days later realized, it wasn't what I wanted. I asked for a refund of the deposit. I was told it was nonrefundable. An agent helped me out by being the middle person between me and the landlord. The landlord awesomely decided to keep my money. The agent from TRC on behalf of TRC gave me almost half the money back.
They didn't need to do this and I am extremely greatful for their help.

Rather than getting myself all worked up and posting a lengthy and detailed review I'll just say, save yourself the trouble and do not rent from a property managed by TRC.
