I have lived at Tradewinds at Waretown since it's opening. The property is meticulously manicured, it's quiet, well lit, and peaceful. I enjoy living here. That being said, another issue to be discussed, is the property manager, Christine. She is always available to discuss any issues and problems that may occur. She handles said issues swiftly and consistently. I have spoken to several residents who share the same feelings I do. Such as, she's professional, outgoing, kind, responsible, resourceful, and extremely helpful. Christine is truly an asset to your organization. It's nice to know if there ever is an issue or problem it's rectified quickly and professionally.

I’ve been living here for over three years after selling our house and I cannot say enough about our property manager, Christine at Tradewinds of Waretown! It is awesome to have someone in the office that really relates to us. she listens and understand our problems and takes care of them right away. She is really nice and respectful and I have to say thank you for making me feel at home, for keeping Tradewinds of Waretown beautiful a place for me to enjoy living.

Anytime we have ever needed assistance, Christine the property manager has always been thorough, and pleasant to work with. She's available to us when we need her, and she always works fast to make sure that everything is taken care of.

The maintenance crew is friendly and great to deal with. I would recommend to anyone that Tradewinds is a great place to live. Clean, well kept, etc. Christine is the glue that holds everything together and appreciate all she does for the residents!!!

Tradewinds has exceeded all of my expectations. The property is clean and well kept. Maintenance requests have been taken care of promptly and any concerns are always addressed. Christine, the office manager has been amazing since she started. She is beyond helpful and always goes out of her way to answer any questions or assist with maintenance requests. She is always available-even after hours! If any issues arise, Christine is my go to person-couldn’t ask for anyone better!
