Cameron TU is utterly deplorable. I provided him with bank statements and screenshots showing well over half a million dollars to rent a building for just $1,000 a month, yet he still refused to approve me. Frustrated, I instructed my management team to locate the landlord’s office directly. We’re planning to reach out to the landlord and draft an offer ourselves. If you’re using this company to rent a property for you, ensure Cameron is not involved. I can’t speak for the rest of the team, but when he visited the store, his attitude was abysmal throughout the entire interaction.
He’s not dealing with some kid trying to start a small business. He’s dealing with an established company. We operate Mr. Phone locations across the United States and have 10 T-Shirt’s Place stores as well. We’re a reputable organization, so I suspect racism might be a factor in his decision.

We had a really great experience working with Zach. He really understood our needs and was able to go to bat for us on a property that we almost purchased. Although that deal did not go through, we are very grateful for the time and effort he put in to the search for us, and we look forward to eventually continuing our search with him and his team. I would suggest anyone looking for commercial real estate to work with Zach.

I had a great experience working with Zach and Cameron and couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided! These guys are professional, incredibly knowledgable about local listings and buildings in SF, but also just really down to earth people and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right space for the budget I had to work with, sending me multiple listings and offering showings when I was ready. They are clearly pros and know what they are doing. I highly recommend their services for any small business looking for office/retail space in the city!

Working with Zach Haupert and Trevor has been absolutely abysmal. These gentlemen and this entire company lacks professionalism and customer service. They're always pushing you off and making you wait, you have to constantly reach out to them about any properties and all they want to do is push you off and tell you that they're waiting for Venture Capitalists to come in and take the spaces that are available. I hope more people voice their opinions about how lacking these agents are when it comes to professionalism and customer service. Hoping to reach somebody with any competence to be able to rectify this.

This is a disappointment, absolutely unprofessional work! They are wasting time with unprofessional work. They sayid the exact opposite of what we agreed verbally and on the email. After I warned about that they can't request 3 months security deposit in law of California, you try to cut it out the process. This will be reported!
