Vickie recently helped a friend of mine sell a house. She went above and beyond to help someone that had no family to help. Original owner since 1959 needed much updates and had termites. Many unscrupulous people were trying to steal the property but she was very professional while these people were not. She finally got an offer that the owner accepted that fit his circumstances. I feel bad that these men thought that she could be comprised. I don't believe that another agent could have withstood the scrutiny or helped with what was actually needed.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Vic Cordoza with a house she was listing. She made several promises to me regarding my offer that she broke, and find out that she was representing more than one buyer with out advising me. Highly unprofessional and poor communication.

Had an appointment with Rick Jones at 11 a.m. This man showed up at 20 minutes after 11 and hastily advised me that being 5 minutes late was okay. I told him I had been in business for 35 years and always our clients were number one priority that being late was not acceptable. He hastily took my paperwork and said " let's do this" and handed me all my paperwork back and started telling me whatever it was I walked out of the office his office and said some profanity towards him. I would never use this man nor would I recommend his company to anyone ever!

Avoid this place of business, which is never open and never return calls. Rick Jones is a real piece of work. He lacks professional conduct and insults you over your application. Extremely unprofessional and lack of a better word a D-bag. It amazes me how this place is even in business with someone like this running the show. This place is an utter joke.
