My fiance on Jamison and he told when he first moved in the was bugs few weeks later bug beds then his nob fall of than he show is mess up and now his refrigerator. He call the fixed the nobody within a day he call for the four weeks ago still not fix call twice for the refrigerator still not on her say the maintenance man had the work order yesterday he forget and they only get one I don't think am move in with him its a piece of junk they

This apartment complex is run down, no water pressure, little hot water,out going plumbing is always backing up. Roaches galore, no dishwashers, washer and dryers in laundry rooms are junk.

Worst company! Damaged our roof 6208 FRIAR TUCK DR NW
but refused to pay to repair it. Never answered phone calls!!! Never respond!!! I would give no star!

Best place I have ever stayed!! Very nice staff!! Also my hot water heater broke and they fixed in a timely manner I wasn't without hot water for long!!

Roaches rats snakes was there for 4 years and got evicted to refuse paying rent cause they don't want to fix nothing even if you did payed

When I was staying there roaches were a problem. Pest control barley came and neighborhood is not that good
