Here with another update as I now have had to get my attorney involved and begin communications with corporate office in King of Prussia. I have noticed the leasing office has been charging me and extra $15 My entire lease and have received documentation 2x in the past year promising this problem would not happen again. I along with 3 other residents have banded together as ones dog was injured and a small child was cut by nails in the grass used from the mid day roofing maintenance that was done. This has been my worst living experience. I am now fully committed to making sure nobody else suffers through this, for 1200-1400 a month you deserve more.

Do Not Move Here!!!! Hair thin walls, can hear your neighbors regular conversation. I moved in around April, put in 6 maintenance request the first day! Dryer/washer timer didn't work, screws hanging out of cabinets and was told this was no priority even though a child lives in my home. it is now August still has not been fixed. The Leasing has mistakenly charged me for their renters insurance multiple times and had to refund my money. Maintenance crew is shared between two properties and rarely is punctual. Communication is generally done through corporate office so you a lot of time Leasing has no idea of whats going on. Good luck with calling and getting someone!!! My 2 of 4 of my neighbors have moved out in the past two months. Do not listen to what they say go to Chalet Apartments down the street if you need to be in the area.

I moved here about a month ago from another apartment and in comparison, this is apartment is much better than the one where I used to live. The environment is so friendly and the Landscaping is just perfect! Apartments or old-fashioned but hey, that's okay. And the best thing is, it's very quiet which is wonderful! And also, stores are in walking distance so I can just easily go to some of the stores up the street and come back within minutes. Thank you to a friend who suggested Tory Estates to me.

Horrible place to live, old appliances that they don't know how to fix. My big burner on my stove hasn't worked since we moved in over a year ago and they came out twice to try but never replaced the old appliance. Our air conditioner broke in the summer and the genius maintanance man blasted our heat and told us it had to "thaw out" then when that didn't work they actually replaced the part a couple days later. This place is not worth the rent that they charge, do yourself a favor and look around more before getting sucked into this hell hole.

This place is horrible. It seems a bunch of section 8 people live here. No parking ever and to reserve a spot i have to pay an extra $35 a month when there should be assigned parking since it use to be the other complex they share the parking lot with. They add fees on your account for no reason and expect you to pay. The maitenance crew cant fix anything and they never come when you want them to. The appliances are so old. Cabinets so old that we cant get new things. Its patch work and im paying well over 1k a month to live here. A terrible experience. I cannot wait to get out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The apartment is always COLD!!!! The winter has been horrible here despite having my head always on at 82, my apartment is consistently cold, and it's electric pushed via central air and my bill was astronomical. When asked to evaluate it, they told me that I need to just keep the heat higher, but who can afford rent plus an enormous electric bill. P.S. I despise Atlantic city electric and you have to use them when you live here.
Closet space is not an option here and no linen closet they are small and don't have a lot of space, I don't know how a family fits all of their belongings in them. The washer and dryers make the most noise EVER. My towels and sheets always take two cycles to drive further driving up my electric bill.
The neighbors are hit or miss, constantly outside mean mugging and very few people , the older folks and some of the families mostly, know how to even say hello. Not saying we have to be bffs, but manners?!?! Will not be renewing.

The service men were very efficent with taking out and replacing the washer/dryer combo. We are very pleased. I forgot their names but they are great!!!

This was my absolute favorite place to live it was quiet and very private wish I would have stayed instead of buying a home
