Top Tier Property Management owners are absolutely wonderful! Although i only rented from them for a year any and all issues were resolved immediately! They are kind, compassionate and anything i needed they were right there to deliver! If you’re looking for a place to rent i highly recommend checking out their properties!! When we first moved to Illinois, we were looking for options around Carbondale location. And Honestly we were having a really hard time finding somewhere to move to, but then we found an apartment with TopTier and I got to meet up with Carolyn for a viewing and I’m so glad my family and I did. We rented for 1 year and honestly I have nothing but good to say. The neighbors were nice, and the minor issues that popped up always were fixed within a short amount of time. Also the property we moved into had been in great shape and met our needs. Our family has expanded so we needed to move into something bigger. If not we would still be with TopTier. And I’m grateful for those who work in Toptier, they have all been very nice to us.

Great landlord! Just be sure you don't get locked out since maintenance doesn't do lockouts. Considering the price as long as you're not locking yourself out weekly it’s a good deal. The Shamrock is a great little efficiency apartment.
