Tom has been instrumental in helping our family sell our home 2 times. He worked closely with my aging parents when they were ready to sell our family home of 30+ years. To say they put him through the ringer would be an understatement. But to his credit, he was patient and accommodating to them every step of the way. He patiently showed them new properties and fielded all of their requests. He found them a wonderful new place and made the entire transaction seamless and easy for them. When it came time to sell their residence, he helped us with everything. From sprucing up the home, staging, finding painters and handling everything we needed. He kept us updated and thoroughly explained all of our options at every point during the transactions. If what you are looking for is an honest, hard working and knowledgeable agent then Tom Davis is your man. I entered this process of selling a house as a trustee for my neighbor. At our first meeting Tom walked thru the house and suggested several things to get the house ready to be put on the market. I indicated to him that prep costs were an issue and at our second meeting he adjusted his proposal. Throughout the process Tom always clearly explained what I needed to do and even pitched in when I was unable to complete a job physically.
All in all I highly recommend Tom as an agent for either buying or selling your home.
