Toby Parks is hands-down top notch! Our home buying experience was seamless. Toby was amazing from start to finish. My parents were selling their house in Tucson to move to be near me and my family in Kansas. Toby was more than a realtor, she was a friend. We lost my mom after signing the paperwork with Toby to get started on selling the house. We kept Toby busy and she never complained. She sent us my dads suit/tie/shoes/belt/socks, pictures for moms funeral and kept the house clean on the inside and outside. We had so much going on in Kansas with a senior in high school, baseball season, and college kids moving back home. Toby negotiated a 90 day close that allowed us to breath and not rush to move out of my parents beloved Tucson home of 35 years. She was a true friend, which dad and I both needed during a very difficult time in our lives. A million thank yous to Toby!

I have worked with a few realtors and Toby is the only one I would strongly recommend to others and truly trusted throughout the whole home buying & selling process. She first helped us find our first home in Tucson, AZ back in 2019, and because of how reliable she was and clearly she communicated we intentionally asked her to help sell our home when we moved to Texas in 2023. I have worked with other realtors who preached being available at all hours and/or flexibility in scheduling times to meet, but often times this was all talk and not reflected in action. Toby on the other hand was truly incredibly flexible, and clearly willing to put in the work no matter what else she had going on outside of work (even touching base with us while on a trip to Alaska and Paris!) She was kind, direct, and trustworthy, and I suspect based on how smoothly things were always moving along that she worked well with other vendors and realty groups as well.

Toby Parks is a rock star realtor! Even though this is considered a sellers market, Toby is the realtor you want representing you and your property. Once we decided to list our property with Toby, she took over from there and handled everything including dealing with the tenants with regards to repairs, showings, appraisal, and more. Toby also has preferred vendors who are great and affordable. Even when we hit a few bumps in the process (ie. our buyers financing falling through two days before we were scheduled to close) Toby guided us through everything and we ultimately had a successful sale just a few weeks later. I highly recommend Toby and wish I had more houses to list with her!

We were introduced to Toby by a work colleague - moving from 1800 miles away, we did not know much about Tucson - she was very patient is showing us different areas of the city and sometimes the same home multiple times so we could be at ease with our decision. She is very particular about detailed and appropriate inspections - which we were thankful for since that led to us pulling our first offer. This is our third time buying a house and we were surprised at her attention to detail - she was present for every inspection, a first for us. Even in COVID times she was able to deliver on finding the right fit for our home and managed things very effectively with our lender etc so we were able to move in within 2 months of setting foot in Tucson. Would recommend her wholeheartedly.
