I really enjoyed living in the townhouse I rented through TLS Property Management. I lived there for almost 3 years. The management, especially Brittney, was amazing. They ensured any issues were handled promptly. I highly recommend them to anyone I know. If it wasn't for my Army PCS, I would have extended my lease. It was the best townhouse I've ever lived in!!

DO NOT USE TLS. They are terrible. Our house was not ready for anyone to move into it. We had to immediately submit maintenance requests for multiple, major issues. It took way too long to resolve. Every time we submitted a maintenance request, Brittney Hopper would question us about the issue. She would even try to make us try to fix the issue ourselves before getting someone out there. She literally asked us to resolve an electrical issue at one point. Once, when we finally did get a maintenance technician out, he asked how long ago I put in the request. He then told me that some people have to wait SIX MONTHS TO GET ISSUES FIXED. Thankfully, I never had to wait that long, but this is insane.

Our experience with TLS even though relatively short at this time, as we just moved in the beginning of November, has been nothing but exceptional. Lexi our property manager has helped us every step of the way in our long move from PA to AL, she is prompt to respond to any questions or requests we submit, and is always so friendly & respectful. The couple times we had stopped in to the office we have always been greeted by a smiling staff member who is willing to help. We fully recommend TLS if your looking for a great property management company. ?
