I want to give Tito Santana Real Estate a huge Thank you for his support and help with our new home. As a first time home-buyer I couldn't be more happy from the results. We closed on our house 6June in Houston, TX. With the help of Tito's VA Loan knowledge gave us and my local Realtor great advice. In addition, his networking skills led us to an excellent Loan Officer (LO), which in-turn, shopped Lenders on our behalf, and got us the best Interest & APR rates that we could ask for in this crazy market. In addition, the LO was Veteran friendly and understood everything that we needed for our VA Loan. Not once did anyone on my team lead us to going astray from using my VA Loan. I was station in California when my dad passed away. He left us his house in Mississippi. We interviewed many agents and was not happy with any of them.
