Don't rent from this company! They false advertise properties ( fireplace can't be used)
Maintenance will fix anything IF you are home. I wouldn't allow them in the home unless you are there. Otherwise, they can't fix the issue and its your responsibility. Front door wouldn't close, needed a new frame per the estimate I received. The owner was building or remodeling his new home in 2021 when we moved in. Management and maintenance went to complete sh#t during that time. Since nothing I've reported to be fixed was ever fixed. The road department blames the water department for the road the potholes as you pull in the driveway. The final straw for us was the gas leak. Friends and family refused to visit since October because the gas smell was so strong. Property is ROACH infested and you are responsible for pest control.
School busses will not come to the neighborhood bc its within 2 miles of Howard Perrin... not good for children. Check sex offenders in the neighborhood.

Pro's rent is super cheap! Only $1,375 a month. You get what you pay for.

I absolutely LOVE Titan Property. Have been with them for almost a year, and they have been amazing. When a maintenance report is submitted, they come out almost immediately, and the problem is resolved. We currently do not have any complaints outside of the amount of our utilities. Management and maintenance have been great.

Have rented with this company for two years. Their rent prices are fair, they are quick to respond to maintenance request, and Candy/ office is easily accessible. We are grateful we found a rental company that cares about their renters, especially during this housing crisis. Would recommend to friends and family.
