We LOVE Tim!!
He was the absolute best to work with, he is so nice and quick responding, he is understanding and he is a go-getter! He really worked well with us, had such great things to put in as an input as we have never bought a house before. He had a bunch of reccomendations on if we wanted to renovate or have additional testings done on the house, he had such good knowledge on the area and really focused on giving us what we wanted in a first time home. We would reccomend him a million times over and give his name to everyone we know who is looking into buying or selling!
