Below is my experience with a realtor that works at Tierra Antigua Realty.

Ginger Snyder is an amazing realtor.
The phrase "just like a mother" is very applicable with just how much care and attention Ginger puts into her trade. As a realtor she went above and beyond for me, and I would recommend her without a second of hesitation.

My little over two months working with her went by with next to no issue, and she found me a home that met my expectations. 10/10.

If you are looking for a trustworthy, dedicated, knowledgeable, connected and overall fantastic realtor, Ginger is the one to go to.

Overwhelmingly positive experience. My Realtor (K.W.) was friendly and she worked above and beyond what I expected or have experienced elsewhere. The lead Broker here is warm and friendly and always available for any issues. There were ongoing problems with my buyer's Realtor, who happens to work here as well, but I won't let his (D.C.) actions drag down my experiences with everyone else here.

Chris King is an amazing real estate agent! We had a very challenging home purchase. We honestly did not think it was going to happen but with Chris' help, we got our dream home. We even got it a lower price because of his negotiation skills!
He was in constant contact, even on weekends and evenings. He took time away from his family to talk to us and he was always extremely pleasant.
We were also having issues with our lender at the time and he said he could get us with a lender that would approve us within 30 minutes. Sure enough, we went from looking at our dream home, straight to Nova Home Loans, and we were approved in 30 minutes!

From the moment I met Derrick Coates, a Tierra Antigua realtor, I knew I could trust him to find me a home that would suit me. He quickly got to know me and my taste. He didn't waste my time, or his, showing me homes he knew would not be suitable. It was obvious he is not just about making a sale, he genuinely wants to ensure the buyer finds a home that truly suits them. He is exceptionally professional, knowledgable and goes out of his way to be available. I really enjoyed working with Derrick and if I ever need to sell and buy a new home, I wouldn't consider going to anyone else. That won't be necessary though because he found me a home I don't plan to ever leave!

Try Love Instead

Heaven! A+. This RV Park is very well maintained. The bathrooms and showers are clean as well as the laundry area with three washers and dryers. Many of the RV sites have Greenery and trees around. The staff is wonderful and always there to answer any questions, they work very hard to maintain this high standard of the park. Some of the RV lots sit right on the Anclote River and some sit further back in the park. There is a larger Recreation room with a TV and air conditioning. There is a boat ramp. There's a large area with chairs to sit by the river and it's a spectacular View. Can't say enough about this fabulous place. We are here for a month and I wish we could stay forever! Don't miss!

All I am gonna say is REALTORS and ZILLOW should be on the same page when it comes to listings because when there is an mls n description of said property n you get to the property n its not what listing says than maybe the realtors should make double sure its descriptions are true n correct meaning maybe not just get or listen to owners or however it is you eactly get the information. Because boy was it a waste of time seeing something that certainly did not look anything like the photos on zillow n the description was false. Clearly the property was not worth the ratchet smell nor the price. Someone's trash is anothers treasure. NOTE: And no I don't need to speak to anyone from the realty company just voicing what we saw on ZILLOW n with the walk onto property.

Communication Lacking:
The realtor with whom we worked struggled with the concept of communication and would often respond to either my husband or myself, but rarely both. When this lack of effective communication was pointed out, she let out a sigh and turned away.

Texting While Touring:
After doing an initial tour, I asked if we could tour the home again with my dad--since obviously his years and experience outnumber my own. The realtor sat down on the only chair on site and comfortably situated herself to answer emails / text on her phone. I understand that her commission was likely small on the property, but a little customer service (or friendliness!) goes a long way. Please be kind to your customers.

Important Questions Often Pushed Aside:
The land that we purchased was undeniably a unique situation because it was a seller carry option by the church. Ultimately, when questions about insurance, titles and more, the questions were minimized or pushed aside.

Contractor and Inspector Pusher?
The realtor referred us to several contractors, which is not unlike most realtors. Unfortunately, when I called said contractors, they were unable to provide estimates and instead asked to speak directly with [the realtor]. If I'm paying, I need to know costs.

Conclusion:
I have not mentioned the name of the realtor in hopes that this is one of her first or second sales, and that perhaps this was a learning experience for her.

To be fair, the benefits of the Sierra Vista Tierra Antigua Realty office is that it's situated in a convenient location.
