I am having a great experience so far- georgia is very knowledgeable after talking with her and the lender turns out I am eligible for incentives combined with first time Homebuyer grants. I was able to purchase with a lot less money down then i had planned for, I am a first time homebuyer so this was a pleasant surprise.
