Mixed review. Positives -
#1 the property is kept gorgeous.
#2 Location is insane.
#3 Owners and tenants seem very happy living there.

Negatives
#1 Good luck trying to get ahold of on-site manager or manage of property. They are no where to be found.
#2 The property manager mismanage a construction project- workers come on wrong days, painted wrong deck, and she acted mad at tenant for not telling her. Well, that's your job...to manage the construction.
