I'm in love with my entire apartment and the location! We moved to Tiburon after 12 years in the city and couldn't be happier in the home we landed in. Maintenance is always around to keep everything well maintained and up to date (Juan is normally on-site, and he's the sweetest person). Management is always a quick response when needed and extremely helpful. The location is also incredible for living a more outdoor lifestyle. If there are any openings at this building, I would highly recommend jumping on the opportunity to live here. We also love our neighbors, everyone is really friendly and kind. I stayed recently at 21 Marinero Circle. First impressions? WOW! Those views can’t be beat! The location is also perfect for getting to downtown Tiburon for shopping and dining and catching the ferry to SF. The river walk is right down the hill and the access to St Hilary’s Preserve is not far away which provides a great walk and amazing views of SF and the GGB!

Upkeep & ground maintenance is pristine & management is extremely receptive to tenants' needs. 5 minute ride to downtown Tiburon & easily accessible to hiking, biking trails...scenic vistas. Resort style living with swimming pool & tennis courts.

Where else can you find multi-million dollar views, affordable, immaculately cared for apartments, wonderful neighbors (including deer and owls!), peace and quiet, management that treats you like family, spectacular beauty everywhere you look, and the unique village charm of Tiburon — all a few minutes away from the city!

I've lived in my apartment for 4 plus years now, and it's always felt like home to me! The apartments and grounds are very well maintained, and our maintenance requests are promptly responded to by the office. Even though there are 30 plus units in this building, it is a very quiet building and we rarely hear our neighbors. The location is excellent as well. A really nice place to live!

are responsive, thoughtful and reliable. Juan and his crew of maintenance workers provide high quality and efficient service. He is always friendly and ready to help. I have had a few difficult moments, including a snafu with my fireplace cleaning that caused a mess, a dishwasher not working and a loud fire alarm going off for no reason- standard stuff that happens to renters and homeowners alike (I’ve been both) and was offered quick and generous remedies for every situation. As a former homeowner and someone who has had rental properties and hosted an AIRBNB, I can appreciate how much complexity and care is required to manage properties and show up for your tenants. Perfection isn’t possible but the intention to be there for renters is worth a lot. Communication and reliability.
My neighbors are lovely- it’s a beautiful, walkable, safe area - I feel very lucky!
