My partner just moved here, the lease started Nov 1, he hasn’t even put his furniture in and already roaches in the kitchen, one crawled on my finger while wiping down the kitchen counter, please take heed to the reviews, this place is roach infested!!!! Beware!!!!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. RUNAWAY FAST!!!!

They WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING OR ASSIST WITH ISSUES BUT WILL RUN AFTER YOU IF THEY WANT MONEY. They break their end of the lease agreement on a regular basis. The regional manager Tania Brown is an absolute nightmare, a complete liar, and is very belittling when dealing with tenants.

I’ll start off with the fact that a good majority of the reviews are by people who are not even tenants at the willows.

Next, there is mold. And a lot of it. Multiple tenants have become very ill as well. The office as well as management has been completely aware of the mold issues. These are only 5 year old apartments and most have had mold within two years. My mold started after my AC has never worked properly the entire time I’ve lived here. They patch it up and ignore the problem. Just like ALL the units water heaters are bursting and they have known about the issue with ALL of them for 3 years now, but refuse to replace them until they burst so they can file a claim with insurance. They also force you do so as well, which is fraud. They will also make you leave your home with your children and animals and figure out where to live until they have time to fix the damages. Once you return, double check everything because most likely there is still water damage. For myself, they never fixed the actual closet the water was visibly coming through to where mold is growing. I now have mold in my vents, ceilings, and nothing is done. In fact, Tania Brown herself said because I don’t have access to the closet with the furnace it wouldn’t effect our health. And this is who Ingerman has as a Regional Manager?!

Since living here there has been over 5 apartment managers as well as multiple assistants. The maintenance staff has been more than I can count on my hands and one stole right from the apartments. Absolutely disgusting. And worse, most of the cameras don’t work or they use the excuse that “they are motion censored”, so they never pick anything up. Especially any crime/violation that is being committed.

Beautiful apartments lovely neighborhood, it’d be peaceful if they kept the old management in the office. the new people harass and threaten to evict everybody over silly things (leaving garbage along side a full dumpster, decorating your porch, kids leaving a bike out) even sent out false letters to a bunch of people stating we never paid the rent. trying to put single moms and families out of their home because of the rent cap. lost me and my babies private information (socials, birth certificates, signed legal documents), and to top it off there’s roaches.

SUPER thin walls. you can hear your neighbor easily. the apartments are spacious and allow dogs. they are all new. But corporate sucks. no one answers the office phone. your only way of contact is email... and it takes forever for things to get fixed. There are some real disrespectful people living here who dont care for and appreciate their community, leaving the place looking like trash. Corporate clearly does not care no matter how many complaints residents and the managers give to them. The turn over of management is crazy too. ive seen about 3-4 managers since i have moved in October 2017....

Other than that; its the only "affordable" place to live that allows dogs...

***UPDATE*** responding to the "management" response... I have contacted the office. multiple times. I either get an excuse or never a return call. thats why people are waiting outside the locked office today?

We are not just money coming in the mail... How would anyone at corporate feel living here? Would you deal with what we have to deal with?

The apartments themselves are okay space and layout wise but very thin walls, not very sturdy or allergy friendly materials. The reason why I’m giving them 2 stars isn’t bc of the apartments but rather the low life scum they let in here that will make your life living here a nightmare. I’ve told them many times about my neighbors who are not only breaking lease policies but their behaviors are harming my health and well-being greatly. They haven’t done anything bc the neighbors (only 1 on the lease but 6 people and a screaming baby live there in a one bedroom) are still doing their harmful and inconsiderate behaviors. It may be because this is a fixed income complex but it does attract really awful people. My husband and I were just under the Max quota of 50,000 a year combined and unlike most of these people(including our neighbors from hell) who smoke and cause problems daily, we actually pay all of our rent. I’m not renewing for the third year that’s for sure.

Gave 4 star only bc mgmt there that day was very helpful and helped me get on the wait list for an apt. They do accept rental assistance. Very nice looking complex, esp the new ones being built across the street. Very affordable if you can get in

I just moved in but I’ve received fast and friendly maintenance service so far which is a big deal to me. The apartments are beautiful and so far my neighbors have been really nice and welcoming.
