Thank you, Aaron West and Francisco Vargas. From the first day I met Aaron, I knew he was the person who could help our family sell the rental property owned by our sister, who passed away. Aaron suggested we do a few improvements which I’m glad we took his advice. I met with Aaron a second time and was introduced to Francisco and Kris. I was convinced I had chosen the right real estate agents. The house was listed the following Wednesday and the open houses were arranged. To my surprise, we received an offer (over asking price) within a few days. During the entire process, Francisco kept me informed every step of the way. I have known Aaron more than 25 years and when it was time to buy my home, he helped me find the perfect place. He immediately started negotiations on the home, found out there was already a bid on it and steered me perfectly to make sure mine was the winning bid. By the time he was off the phone (that same day) he asked me "Who loves their Realator" I said "I do!" and 45 days later I was moving in.
