First of all, the insect/pest control is AMAZING. May sound like a random first point to make but I really did notice this through my whole time living here! I’m not sure what they do differently compared to everywhere else, but I barely saw anything aside from the occasional harmless house spider in my entire apartment, even through the whole summer!

The apartment interior was great, good floor plan with enough space, well maintained. Overall good quality without having to pay some extreme amount for that.

The office and maintenance staff are always helpful and work with you quickly to address your needs.

The price is very reasonable, even the month-to-month rates, which cannot be said for many places!

I did not personally have any safety concerns while living here. I was able to take walks around the complex even at night, and my car and apartment were never disturbed. I was never alerted to any other car or apartment break-ins either, which I think the main office would do right away if that occurred.

Loved the ease of the location too - it was always a rapid commute to work since the main road and interstate are so close by.

I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to my friends if they were looking for a good place to stay!

I went to check out the apartments here. They were new and very nice. Unfortunately, the price was a little more than I could do and they only had 3rd floor units available at the time. Pool area is nice. There may be future apartment construction in the area.

I can honestly say the community manager Mrs.Brittany McElyea and leasing agent Ms.Makayla Hambright are some of the best people I have came across they were extremely helpful with getting me into an apartment. Very nice and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy and help with whatever I needed. I highly recommend any one looking to rent an apartment to go to the village at Elam farms and ask for Brittany and Makayla you won’t be disappointed

This is a wonderful and peaceful place to live. The management, Brittany is amazing and takes good care of this property insuring a nice place to live. Cj the maintenance gentlemen is so nice and friendly and he cares. Makayla in the office is very sweet also. Very kept grounds and pool. The staff is fun to enjoy events with. They are so lovely and fun to be around. We are retirement age and we're staying for the long haul. Thank you all at Elam Farms

Full disclosure: I do not live here (yet)! However, the application and tour process has been amazing. Ms. Brittany was very helpful over the phone and Makayla H in the office was super kind and informative on our tour - she let us know about all the important accommodations and features in the unit, as well as all the events and perks they provide for their residents. My boyfriend and I were ready to apply before we even left the property! Sincerely hoping to call this place home soon!

makayla is literally the best lesser I have ever worked with. She was extremely attentive, listened to my needs, and found the perfect spot for me.
