DO NOT stay here unless you are prepared to be robbed of your deposit. This happened to my buddy who moved out before me as well as myself. Perfect stay until I go to get refunded my deposit and I get charged for a BOGUS “lock out” charge, on the last day of my stay! Wasn’t informed, wasn’t notified, this was added to my bill AFTER I started the drive back home. Please don’t be fooled by the smiles like I was. As you can see pictured here this is what they did to my deposit. $100 mandatory “cleaning fee”
$100 fandom lock out fee
Leaving me with $50. My buddy had the exact same experience. Stay here if you’d like just be comfortable with never getting your deposit back.

If you need a long term place to stay, this is as good as it gets for the Prescott Valley/Prescott area. Its month to month so you don't get locked into a lease. All utilities including WIFI are included.

Its safe and clean and near stores and restaurants. And pets are welcome, which is a big plus for us dog and kitty cat parents.

Mostly. all the people who work there are just amazing. Big shout outs to Kimmie at the leasing office and Jimmy who does maintenance and so much more. They are not only exceptionally good at their jobs but they make you feel like a valued resident.

The View was a great 'landing' place for us when we relocated to the area and were waiting to move to our permanent home. The location was convenient, staff was friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean and comfortable--and had a great view!

Came across this gem for a short term lease and it was the perfect location just outside of Prescott on the main highway. We had a room with a view and it never got old watching the sunset or the monsoons. Thank you to Georgette for her hospitality and great communication.

I stayed at the View at Prescott Valley from 3/24 thru the end of 8/24 and really enjoyed it there. I am a travel nurse with a cat and found it difficult to find rental properties in the area that would accept cats- dogs were ok, just not cats.
Georgette, Kim and Jim were very friendly, helpful and professional. Also- I'm unsure of the name of the cleaning lady, but she was mopping the floor daily and helped keep the property sparkling. The ease of move in/ move out was helpful. The units are very nice, mostly furnished. You will need to furnish your own small appliances, towels and kitchenware. The stove top is really nice and comes with cookware/ utensils.
The location was perfect! Shopping and restaurants very near. I was on the 4th floor, so had a great view of the valley.
The main complaint I see in previous reviews, was replacing lost keys after hours. This was not a problem, because I never lost my key. But at my own home, if I ever lost a key,I would have to call/ pay a locksmith, so this should not be a problem as long as you don't lose your key!
I would definitely stay here again and will miss the beautiful property. Thank you to the staff!

I’ve been a resident here for almost a year. I’ve enjoyed my time here, there’s great people, always friendly. It’s changed a lot since I’ve been here. I attribute most of this to the new maintenance man, Jimmy. He’s worked really hard to make it feel like a home away from home. Making the social areas beautiful and comfortable for all residents. All those who work here work hard to make our stay here comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to all those who work so hard! Anytime I’ve had the smallest issue, it’s been addressed and resolved, if not immediately, as soon as humanly possible. Thank you to management; Georgette and Kimberley! Especially, Jimmy!!!
