Recently, my elderly parents inherited a home they needed to sell. We did not know the first thing about selling a house. We asked Richard to help us and we were floored with the service we received. He gave us great advice from pricing the house to renovations. In fact, Richard and his team went above and beyond our expectations several times. The backyard of the house needed extensive weeding and maintenance as the house had not been inhabited for almost 2 years. We were expecting to hire gardeners to do the job, but Richard and his team offered to clear it out themselves. Honestly, I do not think most real estate agents would go that extra mile to make sure their clients were taken care of.
