I’ve had a box at this location for nearly 15 years and have always received prompt and courteous service. They are well trained and professional and just very friendly.

I am not a fan of this location
The employees are rude and always such slow service. I asked to tape one of the boxes and I was told to purchase tape for 5 dollars … really 5 bucks? And the person helping was so rude. I will never go back here to drop off returns. You guys have to remember we still give you business by chosing to drop our returns here.

Good store, good employees. As long as you follow the instructions on your returns you won’t run into issues. Don’t be that guy and show up 10 mins before closing and you’ll get great service. Be nice to them and they’ll be nice to you.

I walked in today expecting to be treated nicely like i have been the other times i’ve been here, however, i was barley greeted and when i didn’t know something the male worker just responded with one word answers. I had to return a package and it printed wrong and he just said “it’s cut off it’s no good.” This part is completely on me when i grabbed a folder and put the stuff i needed to return in and forgot to put it back and he said “my folder?” It wasn’t only the stupidest way to tell someone they forgot something, it was honestly disrespectful. I can understand when people are having a bad day, but why take it off on some customer? I sometimes don’t know what I’m doing so a I ask questions, but the way I was treated was unprofessional and disrespectful.

This UPS Store closes before (5 min) the scheduled closing time, even if a customer is offloading boxes from the car right outside of their door. Good for employees, but bad for business and customers, so just sharing for other potential customers to plan accordingly. I will do my business somewhere else.

Just tried to go at 6:00 on a Thursday and they were already closed and locked up. They need to change their hours here and on the sign in the window

They charge $2.50 to print a pre-paid label provided by amazon and put it on your package. No wonder Amazon is phasing out UPS

Rude employees , first and last time coming to this location. If you want attitude and rudeness this is the place for you!
